Our challenge was to develop a new image for an old apartment building that fits with the modern architecture popping up in the growing neighborhood of Beacon Hill. We aimed to preserve the overall consistency of the residence and modernize the look and feel, in a cost effective way.
In addition the canopy and railings were redesigned with perforated sheet and metal at the main entry.
The interior was redesigned from the foundations to the roof, with a modern touch.
