Fujiya Ramen

This design transformed a typical strip mall space into a comfortable and authentic Japanese restaurant- on a budget.

With our eye on the bottom line we used standard wood sizes to create soffits, panels and partitions that soften and warm the space. The sake bar is a focal point as it overlooks the dining area. Carefully framed Japanese prints round out the experience.
