Conceptually the Lotus on the Beach interior design/build project focused on the lotus flower which symbolizes purity and enlightenment in Vietnamese culture. The wall murals with delicate line drawings painted in a subtle, monochromatic palette add a refined touch to the space, enhancing the restaurant’s modern decor.
Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a sophisticated color palette of neutral tones, enhanced by soft lighting that sets a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our design presents a merging of modern elements with subtle nods to Vietnamese culture, resulting in a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
We chose the loose furniture with the dual goal of durability for the high traffic nature of a restaurant and modern design to enhance the overall ambience. Custom-built booths with dark leather seating offer both comfort and privacy. The lighting fixtures, a blend of pendant lights and chandeliers, provide ample illumination and contribute to the modern yet relaxed vibe of the restaurant.
This project was a design/build project. Catch Design Studio provided the permitting, interior design, and branding. Catch construction provided the buildout. Providing our clients with a ‘one stop shop’ makes their life easier and gives us great satisfaction as a company.
