Catch Studio led a comprehensive tenant improvement (TI) project to transform an existing restaurant space into a vibrant Paris Baguette bakery-café. Managing a complete interior alteration, our goal was to blend the brand’s classic Parisian-inspired charm with modern commercial efficiency.
Our strategic floor plan design optimized both the customer journey and employee workflow. Behind the scenes, we engineered a highly functional commercial kitchen layout, integrating state-of-the-art commercial kitchen equipment to support the brand’s high-volume, daily baking demands.
The front of the house layout was designed around an engaging customer experience, highlighted by the signature self-serve bakery case area. Wide, accessible pathways naturally guide guests to grab their trays and navigate along the illuminated, custom wood-framed pastry displays before moving seamlessly toward the modern POS system and pickup counter.
To complete the atmosphere, we curated all interior finishing and furniture, layering warm wood tones against crisp white subway tiles, deep navy accents, and classic mosaic flooring. Accented by cozy banquette seating, marble-topped tables, and a localized Seattle wall graphic, the result is a bright, operationally flawless space that perfectly captures the Paris Baguette brand.
