Sizzle & Crunch Vietnamese Grill, a standout project that redefines the modern quick-service dining experience. For this commercial kiosk space in South Center Mall, Catch Design Studio created a bold storefront that seamlessly blends an industrial edge with warm, welcoming textures. The result is a dynamic space that commands attention, elevates the brand, and streamlines daily operations.
The design centers on high-contrast materials and striking visual elements. We anchored the expansive facade with natural wood planking to provide an organic backdrop for the custom, vintage-inspired marquee logo.
To balance this warmth, we incorporated sleek black horizontal slatting and a dramatic black architectural framework. A defining feature of this build is the custom brass-toned grid wall. This modern lattice houses a vibrant, glowing brand sign, providing a sophisticated, dimensional edge while maintaining an open, airy feel.
The front ordering counter features a heavy-duty, concrete-inspired surface accented by an intricate diagonal wood truss pattern. Above the highly-optimized open kitchen, bright digital menu boards are seamlessly integrated into the custom black millwork, ensuring clear visibility while maintaining a sleek, uncluttered aesthetic.
