Reclaimed wood from Eastern Washington and Idaho barns line the walls of Soi on Capitol Hill. Some of the wood was charred from a barn fire–giving a unique texture. We wanted the space to feel like it had not just been created, but had been there for years. With 14′ ceilings, this modern bar design is open and bright during the day, yet cozy and comfortable at night.

Exhibition Dining floor plan emphasizes the cooking process, as the owners wanted to celebrate traditional authentic Thai cooking.
