Working with a Subway franchisee we helped them with a feasibility study to determine the best way to maximize their available space. For the Subway extension project, we provided a 3D visualization to help them understand the possibilities.
We developed under utilized exterior space to be an attractive patio seating area that can be used in all seasons.
