The challenge in this project was to take a very small lot and figure out a way to construct four townhomes with a pleasant living environment and green space. For this townhouse design we worked closely with the city to follow the myriad of codes and design regulations that are required for a project of this size.

We designed small green spaces for each unit that would add comfort and personality to the design. The plants also served as dividers between units to add privacy to each home.
