Lake Stevens residents eagerly awaited the opening of Rice Up, sister restaurant to Thai Gusto in Everett. This restaurant design is centered around traditional Thai plaid fabric patterns, from the pillow fabric to the intricate cutouts brought from Thailand.

We took inspiration from traditional northern Thai textiles. We carried the plaid and geometric motifs throughout the design of the space.

Matching natural wood furniture and casework allow the shapes and patterns to take center stage. The plaid pillows and orange shutter doors provide pops of color in this restaurant design.
