This stand alone commercial building was designed for Renton’s new downtown renovation. 

We took advantage of the strangely shaped lot, parking requirements, and Renton’s municipal code requirements to design a building that has unique angles. We amplified the angles by designing a roof line and soffit as a counterpoint. This produced a structure that is not only functional but beautiful to look at.
